The adult moth is white, with dark brown dots and lines, and pale brown blobs. The moth has a wingspan of about 1.5 cms.

The species has been found in:

  • Hong Kong,
  • Japan, and
  • Thailand,
    as well as in Australia in
  • Queensland.
