This Caterpillar feeds on :

  • Bright Rubber Vine ( Gymnanthera nitida, APOCYNACEAE ), as well as
  • Australian Rubber Vine ( Gymnanthera oblonga, ASCLEPIADACEAE ).

    The adult moth has forewings that are brown, each with a broad white stripe from base to termen which contains two black dots on the leading side. The hindwings are a silky white, with a brown margin and costa. The wingspan is about 3 cms.

    The species has been found in

  • Pakistan,

    and across the northern half of Australia in:

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory, and
  • Queensland.
