The adult moth of this species has orangish brown forewings, each with a couple of indistinct pale transverse lines. The hindwings are pale brown. The undersides of the wings each have a dark bar.

The species has been found in:

  • Western Australia,
  • South Australia,
  • Victoria, and
  • New South Wales.
