This Caterpillar was rusty brown and hairy with white spots on each segment. It grew to a length of 3 cms.

It appeared to feed on:

  • Mock Orange ( Pittosporum venulosum, PITTOSPORACEAE ).

    It pupated in a cocoon covered in debris on a twig.

    The adult moth was grey with some indistinct dark patches.

    The specimens were found in Bundaberg.
