This Caterpillar was very smart: it folded a leaf in half, and attached the halves together with silk to make a shelter in which to live. It was found on a:

  • Black Wattle ( Acacia leiocalyx, MIMOSACEAE ).

    It had black and white rings, and had a length of about 1 cm.
