The adult moths of this species are speckled brown, with two vague dark lines along each forewing. The hindwings are off-white, darkening toward the wingtips. The antennae are longer than the forewings. The wingspan is about 1.3 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria, and
  • Tasmania.
