The adult moth of this species is white with brown markings, including broad brown borders to the wings, and a brown area around the hinge of each forewing. The brown areas are generally edged with black. The antennae of the males in this genus each have a sharp bend with a spur at the bend. The moth has a wing span of about 1.5 cms.

The species is found in :

  • Northern Territory,
  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
