The adult moth of this species is brown, with white spots partly outlined in black on the forewings, and white bands across the hindwings. The moth has a wingspan of about 2 cms.

The species occurs in:

  • Fiji,
  • Hong Kong,
  • Japan,
  • Pacific Ocean,
  • Sri Lanka,
  • Taiwan,

    as well as in Australia in

  • Queensland.
