The adult moths of this species are off-white with brown edges and other brown markings on the wings. The forewing costas are slightly concave. The wingspan is about 2.5 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in:

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales
  • Victoria,
  • Tasmania, and
  • South Australia.
