The adult moths of this species have brown wings, with some pale yellow marks at the wingtip and a large irregular yellow mark on the costa of each forewing. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

The species occurs in

  • New Guinea,

    as well as in Australia in:

  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
