The adult moths of this species have brown forewings, each with some sinuous dark lines, a dark-edged white spot, and some black spots along the costa. The hindwings are also brown, each with sinuous dark lines, and some indistinct dark spots near the middle. The wingspan is about 2.5 cms.

The species occurs in :

  • Victoria, and
  • Tasmania.
