The adult moth of this species has orange-brown forewings, each with three dark jagged transverse lines. The hindwings are brown with two vague grey transverse bands. The wingspan is about 1.3 cms.

The species has been found in :

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • Australian Capital Territory.
