The adult moth has brown wings, each with a dark comma-shaped spot near the middle, and two vague fragmented dark zigzag lines. The hindwings are brown, each with a vague dark mark near the middle. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

The species has been found in:

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • Australian Capital Territory.
