The adult moth of this species is pale brown, with dark margins, and with five dark transverse lines on each forewing, and three across each hindwing. The wingspan of the moths is about 1.2 cms.

The species has been found in

  • Sri Lanka,

    as well as in Australia in

  • Northern Territory.
