The adult moths of this species have off-white wings with vague brown or grey bands and zigzag markings, and with a dark spot near the middle of each wing. The forewings are edged with dark dots, and hindwings by dark dashes. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

The species has been found across south-east Asia, including

  • Malaysia,
  • Thailand,

    as well as in Australia in

  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
