The adult moth of this species has white forewings, each with a dozen thin brown stripes. The hindwings are plain pale brown. The wingspan of the males is about 2.5 cms. The wingspan of the females is about 3 cms.

The species is found in

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory, and
  • Queensland.
