Caenognosis incisa

The adult moth of this species has forewings that are white, with brown markings near the apex and the basal half on the inner margin of each forewing. The hindwings are plain pale brown. The legs and labial palps are white and very furry.

The species occurs in:

  • Christmas Island,
  • Philippines,
    and on the Australian mainland in:
  • Queensland.
