The adult moths of this species have off-white forewings each with a dozen narrow dark stripes interrupted by two well spaced dark spots. The hindwings are pale grey shading darker at the wingtips. The wingspan is about 1.8 cms.

The species has been reported in

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • Victoria.
