The adult moths of this species have white wings, with black spots on the forewings. The wingspan is about 1.5 cms.

The species is found in eastern Australia, including:

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory,
  • Victoria,
  • South Australia, and
  • Western Australia.
