The adult moths of this species have speckled pale grey-brown forewings, each with several vague dark oblique bands forming a big vague letter 'W'. The hindwings are pale grey or brown. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

The species is found in :

  • Victoria,
  • South Australia, and
  • Western Australia.
