The adult moths of this species have a white head and body, and white wings which each have variable brown streaky markings. The wingspan is about 1.5 cms.

The species has been found in

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory,
  • Victoria, and
  • Tasmania.
