The forewings of the adult of this species are white with a bold pattern of dark brown zig-zag lines. The hindwings are white with a vague pattern of brown zigzag lines. The wingspan is about 2.5 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • Victoria, and
  • Tasmania.
