All four wings of the adult moth of this species are white with a pattern of curly pale brown lines, and with a black spot in the cell, and a small black spot halway along the margin. The forewings also have a variable number of dark marks along the costa. The head is white. The thorax is pale brown. The abdomen is off-white with variable dark markings including two dark spots on the back of the first segment. The wingspan is about 1.5 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • Northern Territory, and
  • Queensland.
