The adult moth of this species has grey forewings each with dark markings on the costa by the wing-tip, and by the tornus. The hindwings are off-white shading to grey at the margins. The wingspan is about 2.5 cms.

The species has been found in:

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory,
  • Queensland.
