The forewings of this adult moth are patchy grey, with a complex pattern including several vague orange streaks along the veins: one along the hindmargin, one along the middle interrupted by three black spots, and another edging a black streak with white spots. The hindwings are grey fading to white at the bases. The wingspan is about 3 cms.
