The moths of this species have off-white forewings, each with a pattern of brown lines and spots. There is a black spot at the base, and tiny black streak running a little way along the costa. The hindwings are brown. The head is white, and the thorax yellowish. The wingspan is about 1.5 cms.

The species is native to Australia, occurring in:

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales, and
  • Victoria.
