The adult moth of this species has off-white forewings, each with various markings including a narrow dark band across the middle, and submarginal zigzag line. The hindwings are off-white. The labial palps are relatively large and hairy, with dark tips, and held straight out in front of the head. The moth has a wingspan of about 1.5 cms.
