The adult moth has brown forewings, each with a complex but subtle pattern. The hindwings each have a brown pattern with a pale zigzag submarginal arc. The hindwings have scalloped margins. The undersides have pale marginal areas delineated by zizag submarginal lines. The wingspan is about 4 cms.
