The Caterpillars of this species have been found feeding on

  • Heath Tea-tree ( Leptospermum myrsinoides, MYRTACEAE ).

    The adult moths have patchy brown forewings, with an outlined grey pattern including variable short dark lines, often one by the apex, and one by the base. The forewings have recurved wingtips. The hindwings are yellow, each with a brown patch by the wingtip. The wingspan is about 3.5 cms.

    The species has been found in:

  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria, and
  • South Australia.
