These adult moths have pale grey-brown forewings, each with a central dark dot, as well as a submarginal arc of dark dots. The hindwings are paler, especially toward the bases. At rest, the wings are held like a tent over the body. The wingspan is about 4 cms.

The species occurs in:

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria,
  • South Australia, and
  • Western Australia.
