The adult moth of this species is pale brown with a number of wiggly dark lines across each wing, and a dark patch on the margin by each wing-tip. The wingspan is about 3 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in:

  • Queensland, an
  • New South Wales.

    The genus Scioglyptis is incorrect for this species, but a suitable one has yet to be found.
