These adult moths are a speckled dark brown forewings. The hindwings are plain grey with a dark scalloped marginal line, and each has a white band across the middle. The undersides of all the wings are grey with a white band across the middle and a dark scalloped marginal line. Their wingspan is about 3 cms.

The species has been found in :

  • Western Australia,
  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
