Mesophleps chloranthes

These adult moths have yellow forewings, each with three dark spots. The hindwings are a streaky fawn colour. The wingspan is about 1.5 cm.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • Western Australia (listed as Xerometra centrothetis),
  • Northern Territory,
  • New South Wales, and
  • South Australia.
