These adult moths have dark brown forewings, each crossed by three 0ff-white bands. The hindwings are fawn, with recurved wingtips. The wingspan is about 1 cm.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory,
  • New South Wales, and
  • South Australia.
