These adult moths have pale fawn forewings each with a dark brown margin and crossed by three dark bron bands.

The hindwings are off-white. The palps and head are liberally covered in off-white scales. The abdomen is grey. The wingspan is about 1.7 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • New South Wales
  • Tasmania, and
  • Western Australia.
