The adult moths of this species have white forewings each with a dark brown patch at the middle of the hind-margin, and also another dark brown patch on the costa by the wingtip, that is crossed by several white diagonal stripes. The hindwings are off-white, shading to brown at the wingtips. The hindwing margins are recurved near the wingtips. The wingspan is about 1 cm.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • Queensland, and
  • Victoria.
