The adult moths of this species have brown streaky forewings each with a white streak along the costa, and a prominent white streak from base to margin.

The hindwings are white shading to brown at the margins. The wingspan is about 3 cms.

This species occurs in

  • Western Australia,
  • Northern Territory,
  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
