The adult moths of this species have off-white forewings, each with pale brown speckles. The hindwings are similar with broad fringes. The wingspan is about 6 mm.

The species has been found in

  • New South Wales.

    The species appears to have been named accidentally, by the juxtaposition of the genus and origin in the legend to the image on the BOLD webpage.
