The adult moth of this species has grey forewings, with broken dark lines along them forming a dark band across each one. The hindwings are grey. The wingspan is about 5 cms.

The species occurs in

  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales, and
  • Victoria.

    Specimens from Victoria differ from those in other states in the structure of the antennae, so may be a different species.
