The adult moth has pale brown wings, each crossed by dark zig-zag lines, and shading to darker brown along the margins. The moth has a wingspan of about 3 cms.

The species has been found across south-east Asia, including:

  • China,
  • India,
  • Singapore,

    as well as in Australia in

  • Queensland.
