The adult moths have satin white wings, with a broad brown line with a purple sheen along the costa of each forewing. The wingspan is about 4 cms.

The species has been found across south-east Asia, including

  • Bali,
  • India,
  • Papua New Guinea,
  • Philippines,
  • Thailand,

    as well as in Australia in

  • Queensland.
