The adult moth of this species has yellow forewings, transected by some grey lines. The hindwings are grey with dark veins. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

The species has been found in

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria,
  • Tasmania, and
  • South Australia.
