The moths of this species have yellow forewings that each sometimes have a set of brown dots along the margin. The hindwings are off-white shading to brown at the margins. The head is grey. The wingspan is about 1.5 cms.

The species has been found in Australia in

  • Western Australia,
  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
