The forewings of the adult moth of this species are brown each with some yellow markings, including three yellow spots along the middle. The hindwings are pale grey darkening toward the wingtips. The wingspan is about 2.5 cms.

The species has been found in

  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria, and
  • South Australia.
