OECOPHORINAE, OECOPHORIDAE, GELECHIOIDEA

The moths of this species have a speckled brown forewings each with three irregular angled yellow bands vaguely in the shape of the capital letters IA (or AI), and also an arc of black and white spots around the margin. The hindwings are a plain fawn colour. The wingspan is about 1 cm.
