OECOPHORINAE, OECOPHORIDAE, GELECHIOIDEA

The moths of this species have a speckled brown forewings each with three angled yellow bands forming the shape of the Roman numeral VI (or IV), and also an arc of black and white spots around the margin. The hindwings are a plain fawn colour. The wingspan is about 1 cm.
