The adult moth of this species has off-white or grey forewings which have a pattern of dark brown spots and lines. The hindwings are off-white darkening toward the wingtips. The wingspan is about 3 cms.

The species has been found in:

  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory, and
  • Victoria.
