The adult moths of this species have white forewings, each with a short narrow black line along the costa by the base. The hindwings are grey. The labial palps are white and very hairy. The wingspan is about 1.5 cms.

The species has been found in

  • New South Wales, and
  • Victoria.

    This species is superficially similar to Zacorus carus, but Zacorus carus has short hairs on dark labial palps, but has white very hairy legs.
