The adult moth of this species has yellow forewings each with a narrow brown margin, and a submarginal brown arc. The hindwings are silvery grey. The wingspan is about 1.5 cms.

The species has been found in :

  • New South Wales,
  • Australian Capital Territory, and
  • South Australia.
